Happy birthday, Jan !!!
It's been a crazy year for you, and even winning the Tour of Switzerland and showing great form in the Giro and throughout your preparation, no one gave you credit.
You went away for your birthday (I know it was on the 2nd), crossing the Atlantic, but I guess you'll be home soon and you'll find time to spend Christmas with the ones you love and cherish the most.
Like you, I also turned 33 this year (we're both born in 1973) and I just feel this is going to be "my year". I hope you feel the same.
Not so long ago, you were the hero, the flagship, and now it seems that too many people are trying to diminish you... but I'm sure all the plots will fail and you'll find a good ProTour squad that can provide you with the tools and means to win yet another Tour de France.
I've stated my opinion here and there. And everyone should drop a line on behalf of Jan at this website.
